2 cups Self Raising Flour
3/4 cup Cold Water
7 Tbsp. Frozen Unsalted Butter
(a stick is 8 Tbsp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour & water into stand mixer on low (stir) until dough comes together but still sticky, hand knead for 1 min. Wrap with saran wrap & refrigerate for 30 min., or more.

Roll out into a rectangle & grate butter onto dough (make sure butter is in the freezer).
Use 1/2 of the 1st stick - push down & tri-fold (envelope fold)& roll thin & ti-fold again without butter (make sure to put butter into freezer if not using it), refrigerate dough 30 min., or more.
Roll out again & repeat the same process until all butter is used.

***NOTE: I grated on 4 Tbsp. In the 1st application & about 3 Tbsp. For the second. Bake at 400F. for 18 min.
