Ingredients: 500g Flour 6 Eggs 6ml Warm Milk 15g Salt 15g Yeast 350g Butter, softened 30g Caster Sugar

Directions:Add flour, eggs, milk, salt & yeast to stand mixer with a hook attachment & turn dial to mix #3; mix well until it starts to turn elastic & sticky - scrap bowl down. Turn mixer to #1 then add softened butter & caster sugar. Let combine then turn dial to #3 - mix for 2 min., & let rise for 2 hours. Punch down & refrigerate overnight.
Divide dough in half. Shape into brioche shape or any other shape you desire & brush with 1st egg wash & let rest in pan for 1 1/2 hours. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Dip scissors in warm water & make deep cuts on the sides of the brioche shape bread but not the center. Egg wash again for the 2nd time & bake for 35 - 40 min. Let cool for 20 min., before you break into the bread.
EGG WASH: 1 Egg 1 tsp. Honey 1/4 tsp. Salt |

Notes: I have made this bread, so buttery and can be eaten once in a while. High in calories but oh so good.
***NOTE: Do not get the egg wash on the sides of the bread touching the pan because it will act like glue & the bread won't be able to rise properly while baking.
