1 uncooked pastry shell
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 envelope Knorr Cream of Leek Soup Mix
6 slices, diced Canadian bacon
3/4 c. diced onions, sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. cheddar, swiss, gruyere, or Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Canadian bacon and onions in small pieces. Spread on bottom of uncooked pie shell. Top with cheddar cheese.
Beat milk, eggs and soup mix together. Pour over cheddar cheese, bacon and onions.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat and bake for 30-40 minutes until set and slightly browned. May be eaten warm or cold.
Note: You can substitute anything you want for cheese, Canadian bacon and onions. Possibly add some sauteed red bell pepper.
