1 uncooked pastry shell
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 envelope Knorr Cream of Leek Soup mix
1 can salmon, drained and flaked or 1 1-2 c. cooked salmon, flaked

Directions:
Directions:
Beat milk, eggs and soup mix together. Spread flaked salmon into bottom of pie crust. Pour milk/egg mixture over the salmon.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, reduce the heat to 350º and continue baking another 30 - 40 minutes.
Serve warm.

My grandfather Berreman did a lot of fishing when I was a kid. He would have the salmon he caught canned and we would make salmon pie with it. I have a lot of great memories around this pie.
