2 tbsp. oil from sun-dried tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 tsp. basil
1/3 c. slivered sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 c. ground white pepper
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. dry vermouth
1 c. whipping cream
10 oz. linguini
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil and garlic in 12 inch fry pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add shrimp and cook stirring often until opaque in center (6-7 minutes). Set aside.
To the pan, add onion, basil, tomatoes, pepper, broth, vermouth and cream. Boil on high heat, uncovered until reduced to 1 1/2 c. (about 10 minutes).
Add shrimp and stir until hot.
Meanwhile cook pasta and drain. Add pasta to sauce and toss. Serve and top with parmesan cheese.
