Easy Aioli


Ingredients:

3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 - 3/4 c. basil, chopped
1 lb. Chicken burger
Light soy sauce - about 1/4 cup, maybe more
Italian style bread crumbs (for coating chicken burgers)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken burger with garlic, basil and soy sauce. The mixture will be pretty juicy. Let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or more.
Form balls of the chicken mixture. Roll in dried breadcrumbs. Press into burgers on wax paper.
Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray. Cook burgers until done.
Serve in bun with Easy Aioli, tomatoes and lettuce.
 

Easy Aioli


Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mash garlic and salt in a small bowl until paste forms. Whisk in mayonnaise, olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Can be made ahead.
Use on Chicken Burgers.
