Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
¾ c dark corn syrup
½ c butter
1 c light cream
1 tsp vanilla
½ c walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup, butter & ½ the cream - bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Add remaining cream & cook slowly to very hard ball stage (250 degrees). Remove from heat, add vanilla & nuts. Pour into buttered 8" pan. Mark into squares when partially cool. Cut when cold. Wrap in waxed paper. Keep in airtight container.
