2 packages frozen chopped broccoli (small) or cooked and chopped fresh brocolli
1 8oz. jar cheese whiz
1 10.5oz. can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. mushrooms
2 c. cooked white rice
8Tbsp butter
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 small chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Add cheese whiz to hot rice.
Cook and drain broccoli.
Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in butter.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
