1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
2 Tbsp roasted garlic
2 cups mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice


Fresh herbs: 1 tsp each
Rosemary, parsley, thyme, chives




Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, process the garlic, olives, and roasted garlic. Add the mayo and lemon juice and process until mixture is well blended and light purple. Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate.

This is a dip for fries. Toss fries with herb mixture, salt, and pepper and serve with dip on the side.

This was a favorite at Nordstrom's bistro. We used to eat lunch at the the Nordstrom's in the Orlando Mall with Nana and Popeye.
