Ingredients:  
⅓ stick butter
¼ cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced

⅓ cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 apples, peeled and diced
1 8 oz bag bread cubes for stuffing
½ cup raisins
2 T poultry seasoning (use 1 T if the bread crumbs you are using a herbed)

Directions:
Saute the onion and celery in butter. Add to rest of ingredients. If it seems dry, can use more milk.
