2 16 oz. bags frozen broccoli/carrot mix, thawed and drained
2 10.5oz cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded swiss cheese
2/3 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
2 2.8oz. cans french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, sour cream, 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the onions. Pour into 2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake for 5 more minutes, uncovered.
