1 quart half and half
1 quart milk
⅔ block of Velveeta cheese
2 cans of cream of potato soup
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup dry Wild Rice
˝ pound bacon, or more if you like
1 small onion
1 small bag of frozen peas and carrots

In a large pot place, half and half, milk, soups, cheese cook all together on low until cheese melts. Cook wild rice separately according to package directions. Fry bacon, sauté onion and add to soup mixture. Then add peas and carrots.
