3 cloves garlic
1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, half the liquid reserved
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:

In a blender or food processor chop the garlic. Pour garbanzo beans into blender, reserving about a tablespoon for garnish. Place lemon juice, tahini, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper in blender. Blend until creamy and well mixed. Add reserved liquid and more olive oil if not creamy enough. Adjust seasoning to your taste.

Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl. Refrigerate. Garnish with reserved garbanzo beans.
