1 gallon:

6 eggs, well beaten
2½ cups sugar
2 T vanilla
1½ pints whipping cream, slightly whipped
dash salt
Add milk (2%) to about 3" from top of freezer.

7 eggs, well beaten
3½ cups white sugar
3 T vanilla
2 whipping cream, slighly whipped.
Add milk (2%) to 3" from top of freezer

Beats eggs and sugar. Add vanilla, salt and slightly whipped whipping cream. Add milk to about 3" from top of freezer.

Freeze in ice cream freezer. Use salt on the ice to help freeze better.
