1 head lettuce, washed and chopped
1 bag of Doritos, crushed (may use less)
1 can Ranch style beans, drained
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. bottle Catalina Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all ingredients except dressing. Add dressing immediately prior to serving.

This is the only "salad" MK has ever requested, because there is not much salad to it! I like to add chopped tomatoes. You could also add ground beef to make this a main dish. We used to have this salad at the Chi Omega house on Fridays - so yummy!
