Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My husband is the original cookie monster! When a Rio Verde neighbor, Wilma Pratt, brought these over he absolutely loved them. She gave me the recipe and I'm sharing it with you. Easy and delicious, they can also be glazed or frosted for Christmas, although they are more fragile than the ones you roll out. The dough will keep in the refrigerator for days so you can bake a fresh batch without a lot of mess.

Misting the glass bottom with water and then dipping it in sugar before pressing each cookie will help prevent sticking.
