LAYER 1

1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
 
Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.   I double this for the crust.
 
LAYER 2
 
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar or Splenda
6 oz cool whip
 
Mix well and spread over cooled crust.
 
 
LAYER 3
 
2 small boxes instant pudding of your choice - regular or sugar free
3 cups milk
Beat for 2 minutes spread over cream cheese mixture.

LAYER 4
 
Top with 6-8 ounces cool whip.
