2 T. Vegetable oil
1 lb. fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
¼ cup white onion, diced
½ tsp. Kosher salt
½ tsp. minced garlic
¼ cup water
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In 12 inch skillet on medium heat add oil, onion, garlic and beans. Stir until evenly coated with oil for 3 minutes. Add water, butter, cover and steam for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp tender. Serves 4.
