1 or 2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
3 T. butter
1 c. warm milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, butter & salt to warm milk. Then add the yeast. Let set 5-10 minutes. then add beaten eggs. Stir in flour& let rise until double in bulk. Roll out like pie dough, butter, then cut into pie shape. Roll up from large end to small. Let rise again. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
You can make either dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls with this recipe.

This is Grandma Mullihan's recipe & I typed it as written. On the front there is a note to divide into 3 rolls. I don't know if that means for clover leaf rolls or to divide the dough into 3 balls after it rises and roll out.
