¾ cup sifted flour
¾ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
4 eggs at room temperature
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
jelly
powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 15x10x1 pan. Line bottom with paper and grease again. Sprinkle clean towel or cloth with powdered sugar. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Sift again. Beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar gradually and beat until thick and light. Gradually fold in flour mixture, then vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake in hot oven 13 minutes. Turn out onto sugar-sprinkled towel. Quickly remove paper and trim off crisp edges of cake. Roll cake and towel together. Cool. Unroll and remove towel. Spread cake with jam, jelly or cake filling. Re-roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
