¾ cup apple cider vinegar
¾ cup sugar
½ cup oil
2 14 oz. cans black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
15 oz. can hominy, drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well. Add all other ingredients and stir well to coat (may shake all together in a Ziploc bag) Store in refrigerator. Serve with corn chips.
