2 chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
1 onion (chopped)
5 slices bacon (crumbled)
2 potatoes (cubed)
½ cup canned mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup chicken broth
salt
pepper
garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, set aside, reserve the grease. Fry potatoes and onions in the bacon grease. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add the chicken, soup and broth. Put all in a casserole dish and bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove cover, top with bacon and cook for an additional 10 minutes uncovered. Some people add grated cheese too.
