½ cup papaya nectar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Dash Tabasco sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon turbinado sugar

In a blender, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate
