Notes: This bread is more like a coffee cake or muffin consistency. It is fun to do but I always end with more starter than friends who want it. The process could go on forever. REMINDERS: do not use metal bowls or mixing spoons. Do not refrigerate. It is normal for the batter to thicken, bubble and ferment .If the bag begins to fill with air - open the bag and let it out or IT WILL EXPLODE and make a horrible mess!
