2 (8oz.) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
½ tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ lbs. mild pork sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
12 oz. provolone cheese
¾ cup sweet red pepper, finely chopped

Unroll 1 can of crescent roll dough and press into a 8x13 inch rectangle a greased cookie sheet
Repeat for second can of crescent roll dough on a separate greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, basil and garlic powder
Spread mixture over baked dough.Sprinkle sausage, cheese and red pepper evenly over cream cheese mixture. Bake 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into 2 inch squares
