1-1 lb. bag baby carrots, washed
2 cups water
3 T. butter
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 T. parsley flakes
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In 10 inch skillet cook carrots in water on med-high heat for 15 minutes, covered.
Drain water, reduce heat to medium, add butter, sugar and juice, stir until sugar is
dissolved, reduce heat to low, add parsley. Stir occasionally until sugar is glazed
about 10 minutes or carrots are fork tender. Serves 4.
