Ingredients:  
1½ cups grated zucchini
1 cup grated Swiss Chees
¼ cup shredded onion
Salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ cup Bisquick
2 eggs beaten
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine zucchini with Swiss cheese and onion. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Mix in Bisquick. Pour beaten eggs over mixture. Mix well. Pour in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes, will be light brown on top when done.
