1½ lbs small red potatoes - quarted - skin on
½ pound snow peas - trimmed
½ cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons dried dill weed
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons mustard - any flavor
1 clove garlic - minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes until tender. Rinse with cold water and drain. Place in large bowl. Add peas, onion and dill.

Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and garlic. Pour over potato mixture. Toss well. Chill for 1 hour.
