1- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained well)
2- 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup chopped nuts
2 Tblsp finely chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, onion and green pepper. Form into a ball, then roll in nuts. Let chill and serve with crackers.
Can be frozen.
