For Sauce
1/2 cp Soy Sauce
1/4 cp Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Ginger
2 tsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Brown Sugar

For Chicken
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 large Skinless Bonless Chicken Breast
1/2 tsp Black Pepper


Directions:

1. For sauce in medium bowl combine Soy Sauce, vinegar, oil, honey, garlic, Ginger and cornstarch
2. Mix until smooth; set to side
3. Cut chicken into small cube side pieces
4. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat
5. Add chicken and season with pepper
6. Cook until golden almost cooked through about 10 minutes
7. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until sauce has thickened slightly
8. Serve over rice & steamed broccoli
