15 manicotti shells
1 ( 15 ox) container ricotta cheese
½ lb grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
10 ounce spinach, cooked and drained
1 quart spaghetti sauce
dash of nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil manicotti shells about 6 minutes and drain

Combine cheeses, eggs, spices and spinach.

Stuff shells with a spoon or your fingers.

Pour small amount of sauce in the bottom of 9 X 13 pan, arrange shells on top.

Cover with remaining sauce and bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with extra cheese, if desired.
