11 ounces goat cheese
1 T rosemary (finely minced)
3/4 cup walnuts (toasted and finely minced in food processor
1/2 cup dried cranberries (finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Break up goat cheese
Mix Walnuts, rosemary and cranberries. Talk half the mixture and mix it into the goat cheese.
Mold the goat cheese into a all and roll in the remaining walnut mixture to coat. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up the
cheese ball.
Serve with your favorite baked crackers.
