1 pound sausage, ham or bacon (your preference)
2-4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
4 eggs
32 oz. frozen tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cooked sausage, bacon or ham evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread cheese over the meat. In a large bowl, beat together the milk and eggs. Pour over the cheese. (May be refrigerated overnight at this point). Top with frozen tater tots. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
