Golden Yukon potatoes (as many as you need - approximately 1 ½ per person)
2 pints heavy whipping cream, divided
3 cubes Knorr chicken flavor bouillon (found in the Giant Eagle Latin aisle)
1 c. shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese
2 t. multipurpose flour
ground nutmeg to taste (start with 2 t.)
Salt

Optional to garnish:
chopped chives
crispy chopped bacon

Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling, salty water until tender. When done, drain and set aside.
2. Mix ½ c. of the cream with the flour until there are no lumps. Set aside.
3. In a sauce pan, pour the rest of the cream and bring it to a boil on medium heat. Add the bouillon, crumbling as you add it. Mix and lower the heat, stirring constantly.
4. Stir in the cheese, cream/flour mixture, and nutmeg.
5. Adjust salt and nutmeg to taste. Remove from heat.
6. Cut the potatoes into thick slices or large chunks and put into a serving tray.
7. Cover the potatoes with the sauce and sprinkle with the chives and bacon if desired.
8. Enjoy!
