5 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. water, 2 beef bouillon cubes
1 large can Gepharts© Enchilada Sauce
½ c. catsup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese reserving ¼ c. for topping
½ c. chopped onion

Mix oil and flour together in sauce pan. Add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Add enchilada sauce, catsup, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer. Brown beef and drain. Warm the oil, over very low in a skillet, until very warm but not burning hot. Dip each tortilla in the warm oil for 5 to 8 seconds until the tortilla is warmed through and pliable. Dip in the sauce using tongs. Place dipped tortilla on a plate or saucer and fill with beef, cheese and onion. Roll to cross edges over one another to make a log. Secure with a toothpick. Place filled enchiladas in a single layer, side by side. in a 9"X12" casserole dish. Top with remaining sauce. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Top with reserved cheese and bake long enough for cheese to melt.
