10 oz. fresh broccoli flowerets
4 oz. thin spaghetti
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender; drain well. Break spaghetti into 2 inch pieces and cook as package directs; drain. Melt butter in small saucepan; add flour and stir until blended. Add milk and stir over low heat until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Put spaghetti and broccoli in buttered 2-quart casserole, pour in cheese sauce, ranch dressing and mix well. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
