1 9 oz. carton Cool Whip©
1 12 oz. container cottage cheese
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 3 oz. package strawberry or other flavor Jello©
Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 4 ingredients together. Sprinkle dry gelatin packet over all and fold in to combine. Put is refrigerator to set.

I got this recipe, in Kingsville,TX. The women of the church where we attended (Sycamore Church of Christ) hosted a women's conference and I was given this recipe to make for the luncheon.
