1 8 oz can sauerkraut
⅛ tsp caraway seed
1 small tomato, cut in thin wedges
2 tbsp thousand island dressing
1 3 or 4 oz package thinly sliced corned beef, cut up
¼ shredded Swiss cheese
¼ cup soft rye bread crumbs
2 tsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain sauerkraut, place in 3 cup baking dish. Sprinkle with caraway; top with tomato wedges, salad dressing, and beef. Top with Swiss cheese. Toss breads crumbs with butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375º until heated through, 25 to 30 minutes.
