6 1 oz. squares semi-sweet chocolate
1½ c. sugar
1 c. light cream
½ c. butter
⅛ tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Cream de Cocoa or orange liqueur
Dippers of choice -bananas, strawberries, pineapple, pound cake, marshmallows, angel food cake.

Directions:
Melt chocolate over medium low heat. Add sugar, cream, butter, and salt. Cook stirring constantly over low heat until thickened (about 5 minutes). Stir in liqueur. Transfer to a fondue pot and serve with your choice of dippers.
