1 bunch of broccoli (cooked & drained)
½ cup of butter
¼ cup of dried onion flakes
½ cup of flour
2 cups of milk
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
2 cans chicken broth
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter until tender and transparent.
Stir in flour and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add milk and continue stirring constantly. Stir in ½ grated cheese and stir until smooth.
Slowly blend in broth. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
Chop broccoli and add to the soup. Simmer 15 minutes. Add more Velveeta for cheesier flavor
