½ c. water
½ c. corn syrup
2 egg whites

Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, set aside. Cook sugar, corn syrup and water to 250º. Pour sugar mixture slowly into beaten egg whites stirring as you pour. Drop from a spoon onto waxed paper or pour into a buttered pan.
