Powdered sugar
3¾ c. sugar
1½ c. Karo© light corn syrup
1 c. water
1 tsp. Lorann© flavoring of your choice
desired color of food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 18"X24" piece of aluminum with powdered sugar. Mix first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil, without stirring, until temperature reaches 310º on a candy thermometer or drops of water form a hard brittle thread in cold water. Remove from heat. Stir in flavoring and color. Pour onto foil. Cool. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
