3 c. sugar
¾ c. butter
⅔ c. evaporated milk
1 12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and milk in heavy 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reads 234º, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 9"X13" pan. Cool to room temperature before cutting.
