2 boxes Jiffy muffin mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
1/8 cup chopped jalapeño peppers
1/2 can of cream style corn
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients and pour batter into greased muffin tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
