1 - 15 oz. can black beans
2 - 15 oz. cans black eyed peas
2 - 15 oz. cans corn
2 stalks celery, diced
1/3 c. cilantro, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all canned ingredients and empty into large mixing bowl, add all remaining ingredients into same bowl and toss to combine.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir once again after one hour.

Serve as a side salad or as a dip with tortilla chips.
