1 box Rotini noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
½ green onion, chopped
1 pint stewed tomatoes
1 - 6oz. tomato paste
1 - 4oz. mushroom stems and pieces
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Set aside. Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain fat, add tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms and blend until heated through. Add noodles and 1 cup cheese. Cook 5 minutes until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and serve.

Or:
Spray baking dish with non-fat cooking spray. Layer noodles, meat, cheese, repeat. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

Frozen: Place blended rotini in greased pan. Cover tightly and freeze. To serve, cook 1.5 hours at 350º. Serve.
