Crust:
1¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
⅓ cup butter, melted

Filling:
3 - 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1⅔ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Topping:
⅓ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbls. whipping cream

Crust:
Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, Press into bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Set aside. (Note: Don't use all mixture if crust appears too thick). Wrap bottom of pan with foil to catch any excess butter to eliminate oven fire.)

Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs, mixing in one at a time. Add vanilla. Beat well. Stir in 1⅔ cup chocolate chips. Pour into crust. Bake at 350º for 60-70 minutes or until center of cheesecake is set. Turn oven off. Open door so it is slightly ajar. Leave cheesecake in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

Topping:
Pour remaining chocolate chips and cream in microwave safe bowl. Microwave 20-30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Put in baggie and snip corner tip and drizzle back and forth for a patter. Run knife around edge of cake....remove from pan.
