2 cups fresh pumpkin (1 15oz. can)
4 eggs
1 cup oil
3 cups white sugar
3½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp. cloves
¼ tsp ginger

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 3 7x3 loaf pans (place a piece of parchment paper on bottom to help with loaf removal)

In mixer, blend pumpkin, eggs, oil and sugar until creamy. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture until well blended. Pour equal amounts into each pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
