1 package of Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage
1 large sweet potato
1 bag of Birds Eye Steamfresh frozen whole green beans (or other brand of your choice)
Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cut the turkey sausage into coins. Peel sweet potato and cut into cubes. Toss in 5 tbsp of olive oil. and put onto a baking pan covered in foil. Sprinkle on Mrs. Dash and some salt and pepper. I don't have an exact amount, just add to your liking. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out and toss, then bake for another 10-20 depending on how tender you want everything.

You can do this with a lot of different vegetables or could substitute sausage for chicken, etc.
