3 cups cooked cubed pork
12 ounces beer
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tlbs butter
1 1/2 cups pumpernickel bread crumbs
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
black pepper

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add cubed pork beer and remaining ingredients Place in casserole. bake 375 for 40 minutes
